Terms and conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Bidbot. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of Bidbot’s AI-powered tender matching platform. By accessing or using Bidbot, you agree to these T&C.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

“Bidbot” refers to Intelligent Response Limited, the provider of the AI-driven platform. 

“User” / “You” refers to any individual or entity using Bidbot’s services.

“Services” refers to Bidbot’s platform, website, and related tools for tender search and recommendations.

“AI Recommendations” refer to AI-generated tender matches based on user preferences.

3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.

You assume full responsibility for the use of Bidbot’s recommendations and decisions made based on the service.

4. Use of Services

4.1 Permitted Use

Bidbot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the platform solely for identifying and evaluating tender opportunities.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer Bidbot’s AI algorithms.
  • Share your account with third parties without authorization.

Bidbot reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms.

5. AI Recommendations & Disclaimer

5.1 AI-Generated Content

Bidbot does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of AI-generated tender recommendations.

AI-based results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or business advice.

5.2 User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and making independent decisions regarding tender opportunities.

Bidbot is not liable for any missed tenders, unsuccessful bids, or business losses resulting from reliance on AI recommendations.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Warranties

The Bidbot platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

6.2 Exclusion of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidbot shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
  • Loss of profits, business opportunities, or data due to reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
  • Any service downtime, security breaches, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bidbot from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform.
  • Any reliance on AI recommendations.
  • Your failure to comply with these T&C.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of Bidbot is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and process personal data in compliance with GDPR and UK GDPR.

8. Subscription & Payments

8.1 Subscription Plans

  • Certain features may require a paid subscription.
  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

8.2 Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused periods.
  • Bidbot may suspend or terminate accounts with outstanding payments.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Bidbot and its related AI technologies are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit Bidbot’s content without prior written consent.

10. Assignment

You may not transfer, assign, or delegate your rights or obligations under these T&C without prior written consent from Bidbot.

Bidbot may assign its rights or obligations under these T&C without prior notice in cases of mergers, acquisitions, or business restructuring.

11. Modifications to Terms

Bidbot reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time.

If material changes are made, we will notify users in advance via email or platform notifications.

If you do not accept the updated T&C, you must stop using Bidbot within 30 days of receiving notice.

12. Termination & Suspension

Bidbot reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these T&C.
  • Modify or discontinue any service features at any time, without notice.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&C shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Republic of Ireland.

Any disputes arising from these T&C will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Republic of Ireland.

14. Waiver of Rights

No waiver of any breach or default of these T&C shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Any failure by Bidbot to enforce its rights under these T&C shall not constitute a waiver of those rights.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiations.

If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the laws of Republic of Ireland.

16. Changes to Terms

Bidbot may update these T&C at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
